Tortilla with greens and garlic: a recipe that “beats” pizza

We will tell you how to prepare the dough for a fragrant garlic cake with greens and aromatic herbs. By the way, you can use any ingredients for the filling.

To prepare:

  • wheat flour 450 g;
  • yeast 20 g;< /li>
  • sugar 1 tsp;
  • salt 1 tsp;
  • water 250 ml;
  • oil 100 ml;
  • >

  • garlic 2 cloves;
  • olives, basil and parsley to taste;
  • cheese 50 g.

How to cook

The recipe is designed for cooking on pressed yeast. Dry fast-acting yeast (1 tsp) is immediately mixed with sifted flour.

Dissolve the yeast, add warm water, 2 tbsp. l. flour and sugar, mix and leave the dough for 10 minutes.

Then add the sifted flour and salt, and then knead the elastic dough. Leave it for half an hour, and during this time prepare the dressing for the tortilla.

Mix the oil with aromatic herbs, fresh herbs, and add chopped garlic and salt.

Olives and cheese are needed add separately.

Don't skip the dough that has risen, roll it into a cake with a rolling pin so that it turns out to be round about 1.5 cm thick

Line a sheet with parchment, turn the cake over and make slits on it (it is more convenient with a pizza knife) – transverse and longitudinal.

Apply the finished dressing from a mixture of spices and oil. Then distribute the sliced ​​olives and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake the cake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot to the table.
