today we share a recipe for meat soup with an interesting and fast base, which is prepared from 2 simple products.600 gr. turkey (wing or other meat)
Preparation:
.1. The soup can be cooked from any meat. In this recipe, take the turkey (2 wings). The turkey is washed and sent to boiling water (1/2 of 3.5 liters). Add salt, bay leaf, cook the meat until cooked over low heat, so that the broth is transparent. Constantly remove the foam that is formed.
2. While the turkey is cooked, fry the crushed onions, carrots and add the tomato sliced. Fry for a few more minutes and soup dressing is ready.
3. After cooking the meat, remove the meat and add the crushed potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
4. While the potatoes are cooked, we prepare a fast base. Pour flour into the bowl, add salt and slightly whipped egg. Grind the egg with flour.
6. Then we rub our fingers, do not do it too finely.
This mixture is called a grout or grout. In composition, it is similar to dumplings, differs only in the way of cooking. If you rub it in your palms, it will turn out to be smaller and can be used to prepare milk porridge or milk soup. Choirs are ready.
7. Put the roasting broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
8. Add chopped green onions and dill, ground pepper.
9. We lay the grout while stirring the soup. Cook for about 5 minutes, try on salt and turn off the fire.
10. The soup is poured on plates and served. Due to the grout, it turns out thick, delicious and hearty.
