The same applies to refusing a group of products at night. Milk or carbohydrates are often prohibited. The same rule applies: if you haven't exceeded your calorie limit during the day, you can eat whatever you want for dinner.
Separate meals according to the principle of “incompatibility”. The expert says that this is fiction. And you can even eat cucumbers with milk together. Only the specifics of your body can cause an intolerance reaction. By default, this rule does not apply to everyone.
