Universal marinade recipe for all mushrooms

Pickled mushrooms have long been part of our diet, and like champignons, so and forest Both at the holiday and during dinner, they are a favorite snack. Having prepared them with this marinade, you will feel a unique mushroom aroma, because the minimum amount of spices is used. And they do not “clog” the taste of mushrooms.
To prepare 1 liter of marinade, we will need:
- Water – 1 liter
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
- Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
- Pepper peas – 10-12 pcs.
- Vinegar – 50 ml (if you have to close the mushrooms for the winter , additionally pour 1 teaspoon of vinegar into each 0.5 liter jar). Boil the marinade separately for 5-10 minutes. Add mushrooms to the mountain marinade, bring to a boil and arrange in jars. Such mushrooms can be closed for the winter, and can be kept in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. But it is best to put it on the table on the second day, so that the mushrooms have time to absorb the aroma of this universal marinade!
