Unusual appetizer or warm salad: fried cucumbers with chili peppers

An extremely unusual salad, because fried cucumbers are quite rare in our culinary lands. You may be surprised and raise your eyebrows at the idea of frying cucumbers, but there is a recipe. A dish in Chinese culinary traditions that will expand your culinary preferences.
Ingredients
The following products are required for cooking:
- cucumbers — 500 g;
- chili peppers — 2 pcs.;
- ginger — 10 g;
- garlic — 1 clove;
- butter — 20 g;
- soy sauce — 30 ml;
- balsamic vinegar — 1 tbsp.;
- sugar — 1 tbsp.;
- oil — 2 tbsp.;
- spices.
How to cook
Peel the cucumbers. Cut into medium-sized pieces. Fry in oil for 5 minutes. Chop the chili, ginger and garlic. Fry everything together in a pan for 2 minutes.
Now put the butter and the rest of the ingredients in the pan. Stir to melt the butter. Continue cooking for a minute. Warm cucumber chili salad is ready. Enjoy!
