- keep curtains or blinds closed;
- close the door to the bedroom so that extraneous sounds do not enter it;
- before going to bed, it is important to make sure that the lights are off in the house and there are no flashing lights in the bedroom, such as fire alarms or charging gadgets ;
- have more than one pillow – it will be more comfortable;
- maintain the optimal temperature in the room – it is better to sleep in a cool room;
- if extraneous sounds disturb you – use earplugs ;
- do not keep any electronic devices nearby;
- avoid using gadgets at least one hour before bedtime.
