Useful tips to save time cooking
0
To prevent kitchen work from becoming a “long-term project”, some kitchen operations can be sped up. For example, like this:
- You can quickly press eggs for salad through a potato masher instead of cutting them.
- You can cook potatoes for salad in 6 minutes in the microwave. To do this, wash them, put them in a plastic bag, tie them up, and pierce the bag with a fork on top. Put it in the microwave, turn on the high mode, and after 6 minutes the potatoes are soft.
- It is easy to wash mushrooms from dirt with flour. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, pour cold water, add 1 tbsp. flour, mix and rinse under running water.
Try it – and the time spent in the kitchen will be halved.
