Useful vitamin candies for children and adults

Many mothers, knowing their children's love for candy, they are trying to replace the harmful components of sweets with natural, healthy ones. This is especially relevant in the autumn-winter period, when you need to strengthen your immunity.
To prepare a vitaminized mixture, you need the following ingredients:
- Kuraga – 100 g
- Raisins – 100 g
- Prunes – 100 g
- Walnuts – 100 g
- Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
- Honey – 1-2 tbsp. l. (if there is no allergy)
All ingredients, except honey, must be twisted through a meat grinder with a fine grate. The peel of the lemon should be left, and the seeds should be removed. Add honey to the resulting mixture, mix.
Make small balls out of them with wet hands, roll them in cocoa or chopped nuts. It will be a delicious dessert. Of course, everything delicious should be in moderation. Children are recommended to eat 1-2 candies per day. Adults – 3-4 pcs. of this tasty and healthy dessert.
