Very tasty Swiss beet salad: a real vitamin bomb

This salad is a very successful combination of vegetables and fruits, which together make up a rich spectrum of vitamins and necessary trace elements. The plus of the recipe is that the salad is prepared in a few minutes. At the same time, it has a low calorie content with sufficient satiety, does not harm the figure and helps to improve the state of health, and also strengthens immunity well, which is important in the autumn and winter period.
So, we need:
- beetroot – 150 grams,
- fresh white cabbage – 200 grams,
- carrot – 150 grams,
- sweet or sour apple – sweet taste – 150 grams,
- garlic – 1 small clove,
- lemon juice – 3 tablespoons,
- natural olive oil – 3 tablespoons,< /li>
- sugar – 1 teaspoon,
- salt – 0.5 teaspoon,
- a little ground black pepper.
Preparation:
To decorate the salad, we will take fresh parsley and green onions. Those who like such salads with onions can add finely chopped onions (preferably red) after boiling them in boiling water for a couple of minutes to remove excess bitterness.
Salad is prepared quickly and easily. Finely shred the cabbage, peel the carrot and apple, then rub them on a grater for Korean carrots – it will be more beautiful that way. Boil or bake the beets and also grate them.
Place the prepared vegetables in a large bowl, add salt and sugar, ground pepper, oil and lemon juice. We mix. We take the bowl to the refrigerator for an hour so that the salad is marinated. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens or green onions. You can add thin slices of lemon for decoration.
