Waking up earlier is dangerous for health

If you struggle to get up early every morning, there is good news for you. It turns out that getting up early is not always good for your health and can even be harmful.

The phrase get up early can be perceived differently by everyone. But scientists recommend not waking up earlier than 6 in the morning.

This is due to the fact that from 3 to 5 in the morning a person is in the phase of deep sleep. If you wake up at this time, you are more likely to encounter ischemia of the heart, with a heart attack. In addition, you can even die suddenly.

At dawn, a person's body temperature and blood pressure are quite low, and blood flow is slow. If you get up suddenly at this time, it can lead to cerebrovascular and cardiovascular attacks: heart attack, stroke.

If a young man wakes up early, it will disrupt his biorhythms, contribute to insomnia, irregular sleep. If it continues for a short time, then a person will face headaches, dizziness, poor concentration, etc., and if it lasts a long time, it will lead to obesity, diseases of the stomach, heart, etc. The same applies to the elderly: early rises will not end in anything good.
