Prepare the greens that will be the basis (salad mix, arugula or even Beijing cabbage). Cut a few tomatoes, preferably cherry, because they look more aesthetically pleasing.
Fry the liver in a frying pan, in butter on both sides, maximum heat, so that the liver is ready within 3-5 minutes. At the end, add salt and a little pepper.
Fry the orange slices in the same frying pan. By the way, learn how to use orange peel to your advantage. First 1 tbsp. sugar, and then the orange immediately. Fry on both sides and immediately put in the salad.
Honey, olive oil, grain mustard or ready-made balsamic sauce are ideal for dressing.
At the end, sprinkle with sesame seeds or small nuts that you have. A very tasty combination!
