Warm salad with pumpkin, chicken and tomato

Ingredients:

130 g chicken fillet
100 g pumpkin
2 small tomatoes
50 g Feta cheese
lettuce leaves to taste
salt
ground black pepper
olive oil

pumpkin seeds
sesame seeds to taste

Dressing:
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. grainy mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation:
Cut the fillet into small pieces, salt, pepper, add a little oil, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Then fry it in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and cover.

Dice the pumpkin and fry in olive oil for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and also cover so that it does not cool down. Place lettuce leaves, chopped tomato, fillet, pumpkin, feta on a plate. Pour dressing over top and sprinkle with seeds.
