We are making white bean soup for lunch.

Ingredients for the dish

You will need the following list:

  • meat broth — 400 g;
  • beans — 80 g;
  • aromatic roots — 40 g;
  • wheat flour — 5 g;
  • butter — 10 g;
  • sour cream — 25 g;
  • spices.

How to cook

Soak the white beans in water, and then boil them in the broth. There should also be aromatic roots in it. Add whatever you have. It can be parsley root, carrots, onions. Cook until the beans are soft.

When everything is cooked, grind the total mass with a blender and dilute with broth. The soup should be seasoned with toasted flour, butter, sour cream and sprinkled with herbs. If you make garlic croutons with cheese for the bean soup, then it will be even tastier.
