We are preparing a delicious and hearty salad with mushrooms and corn
A tasty and hearty salad will always be a real find for the hostess, as it can both decorate the festive table and amuse us on ordinary days. We suggest you prepare an interesting dish with mushrooms and corn.
What products do we need to prepare:
- 1 chicken fillet;
- half a kilo of mushrooms;
- a jar of corn;
- a large onion;
- 5 eggs;
- sour cream for dressing (about 100 ml);
- olive oil.

How to cook:
Cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the onion and fry in olive oil until ready. Boil the fillet and eggs and cool them.
The eggs should be boiled for about 10 minutes, but the chicken fillet should be checked. It usually takes from 20 minutes to half an hour.
We choose a suitable dish for serving.
We send chopped chicken eggs, fillet and corn into it.
Carefully transfer mushrooms so as not to pour oil into the salad. Add salt, if necessary, add your favorite spices.
Fill with sour cream, mix and, if desired, decorate with fresh herbs.
