With the arrival of spring, a lot of greenery appears in the garden, chickens they move better, cows give more milk. All this affects the prices on the market, so it's time to replenish the body with natural products and, accordingly, vitamins. And the best way to do this is by preparing green borscht.

This dish can be prepared both in meat broth and without meat and even with fish.
The following ingredients are needed for a 3-liter pot of borscht:
- Meat (fish) – for the broth
- 1 onion
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Potatoes – 5-6 pcs.
- Eggs – 3-4 pcs.
- Kvass – 100 g
- Parsley, dill – a small bunch
- Salt – to your taste
Cook broth based on meat or fish, add salt, throw chopped onion. When the meat is almost ready, add grated carrots and diced onions. At the end, throw in chopped kvass, greens and chopped pre-boiled eggs. It is better to add sour cream to serving plates. Tasty and useful in spring!
