Canning that is not requires extra movements and actions, with a minimum number of components. This is not a myth, but the truth. Minimum effort and maximum deliciousness for the winter. You can cook “Solodunchiki” without spices and herbs.
Ingredients
To prepare the marinade, you need the following components:
- water — 1 liter;
- salt — 1 tablespoon;
- sugar — 4 tablespoons;< /li>
- vinegar (9%) – 4 tbsp.
Cooking process
The basic proportions are given in the recipe. Depending on the number of tomatoes and cans, increase the volume of the marinade.
Put washed and dried tomatoes in sterilized cans, but not very tightly. Pour boiling water over tomatoes, cover with lids and a towel. Tomatoes should warm up well. Leave them in such a “bath” for 20 minutes.
Water is poured into a pan, salt and sugar are added. The marinade is put on fire and brought to a boil, after which vinegar is poured in.
Tomatoes in cans are now re-poured with already prepared hot marinade and rolled up with lids. There is no need to turn over the finished preservation and wrap it in warm towels. You can store it in the pantry, in the cellar or in the cupboard in the kitchen.
How to calculate the amount of marinade
It happens that there is not enough marinade for all the jars. The recipe gives the basic amount of ingredients based on 1 liter of water. Put the tomatoes in the jar, in which you plan to roll. Pour water up to the top of the crowns. Now pour into a measuring cup and see how much liquid comes out and how many tomatoes. On average, a liter jar holds 9-10 pieces (0.5 kg) and 450 ml of water. But your quantity may differ, because it also depends on the size of the tomatoes. Multiply your data by the number of cans. Now you can understand how much you need to increase the number of components for the marinade.
Everything is very simple. Many housewives use this recipe. It is fast and tasty. You will like the tomatoes behind it if you like the sweet taste of preserves, not sour. Delicious
