Bigos-a dish that is loved in Poland and Lithuania. In our territory, it is also popular because the combination of cabbage with smoked sausage is a good idea. How to cook, read further in the article.
Ingredients
You will need the following:
- Young cabbage – 1 pc;
- smoked sausage – 250 g;

- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- laurel leaves – 2 pcs;
- fragrant pepper – 2 pcs;
- Major – 1 t.
- Salt, pepper. Fold it in a pan and pour 0.5 cups of cold water. Season with salt, put marjoram, paprika blood pressure other spices. Bring to a boil, twist the fire and cover. Fry in oil. If the brisket is greasy, then fry it on its fat without adding oil. Transfer everything to a cabbage into a pan. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Put the tomato paste. If there is not enough sour taste, then you can pour a little lemon juice.
Bigos is ready and very fragrant. Delicious!
