We prepare delicious donuts from yeast dough

Donuts are relevant to cook always and under any conditions. They are simply very tasty. And how nice it is to enjoy them with tea. Cooking them is not a difficult task. You just need to make a good dough with yeast. So grab your groceries, good mood, and treat your family to something delicious.

Products for cooking

For donuts, you will need the following products:

  • flour — 500 g;
  • milk — 1 tbsp.;
  • butter — 1 tbsp.;
  • chicken eggs — 2 pcs.;
  • yeast (live) — 1 tsp.;
  • rum — 1 tbsp.;
  • raisins — 25 g;
  • salt — 1 tsp.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • icing sugar with vanilla — 1 tbsp.

How to cook donuts

You need to sift the flour into bowl. This way it will be enriched with oxygen, which will best affect the quality of the dough. Make a well, pour a glass of warm milk and melted butter into it. Beat the eggs and add the yeast and rum dissolved in warm milk. If you forget to heat the milk, the yeast will not activate. Add a little salt and immediately add the raisins. Beat the mass with the products with a spoon. The mixture should become like cream. Now the mass must be left to stand so that it comes up.

At the next stage, we proceed to frying. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it. Use a spoon to scoop the dough and carefully place it in the oil to fry. The donuts must be fried on both sides. Place the finished specimens on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Delicious!
