
We prepare eggplant salad in tomato – delicious conservation
Ingredients
The following requires:
- eggplants – 3 kg;
- bell pepper – 1 kg;
- carrots – 1 kg; ml;
- tomatoes – 1.5 kg;
- salt and pepper. Tomatoes still leave. Moreover, the salad should be chosen overripe tomatoes. Fry the vegetables in oil.
treat the tomatoes. Remove the peel from them. Blind the blender in a puree. Now pour the fried vegetables with the resulting mass. Add salt and pepper. If you have your favorite seasonings, also put them. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
Prepare clean jars. Boil the lids. Arrange the salad in jars and close them. Delicious!
