Mayonnaise is one of the favorite dressings for a variety of dishes, but the benefits of this store-bought no sauce, it harms the body due to the presence of cholesterol and trans fats in the composition. Mayonnaise can be replaced with another dressing that fits into the concept of healthy nutrition.

- Sour cream + mustard. Beat a couple of boiled egg yolks with 200 g in a blender sour cream 15-20% fat, a tablespoon of mustard and a small amount of salt.
- Chickpeas. Canned chickpeas (can) are crushed into puree, lemon juice, oil, mustard are added to taste, salt pepper. Beat.
- Cheese + yogurt. Natural yogurt and soft cheese (200 g each) are beaten with two boiled egg yolks, a couple of teaspoons of mustard and lemon juice.
- Cheese. Mix cottage cheese and natural yogurt – 100 g each, season with salt, pepper, and, if desired, dried herbs and ground garlic.
