What can tell about your character and health blood type

Blood type is not just a number, it can explain many features of your body and teach you to understand it much better. How and what exactly – let's analyze in more detail.

From the school biology curriculum, we all know that blood group and Rh factor are genetically transmitted from parents. Only a few can tell about how this or that group affects our life, behavior, diseases to which we are prone.

What are the blood groups?

Regardless of ethnicity, gender, race, or any other characteristics, there are four blood types. The oldest and most common in the world (found in about 40% of the population) is the first group 0 (I). The rarest group is AB (IV). Its existence was proved in 1907 by the Czech doctor Jan Jansky. It is important to note that it was formed as a result of the mixing of Mongoloid and Indo-European races. Currently, only 5% of the Earth's population has IV blood type.

Blood type and your personality

Every year, studies are conducted around the world illustrating how blood type affects a person's character and behavior. For example, in Japan, it is believed that it is blood that determines the character and individual characteristics of a person. Japanese researchers believe that this may be related to the evolution of blood quality characteristics due to changing climatic conditions and human lifestyle.

Today in society there is a system of evaluating a person by blood type. According to this system, the owners of the first group are classified as pioneers, prone to risk – they are better than others at making voluntary decisions. The representatives of the second group can be characterized as calm creators and hardworking performers. The third group is restless individuals who are constantly striving for something new. But people with the fourth group are considered unpredictable, multifaceted and non-trivial. However, this classification also does not have a clear scientific basis.

Blood group and health

According to some scientists, depending on the blood group, people are more or less prone to various diseases. For example, experts from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden concluded that the risk of getting cancer in people with the first blood group is higher than in others. They are also more likely to encounter peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum.

However, representatives of the second group rarely suffer from oncology. This is due to their body's greater ability to produce antibodies that fight viruses and microbes. It is important to note that cancer, like any serious disease, affects a person's physical health as well as mental health.

Doctors and scientists disagree about the dependence of the risk of infection with the coronavirus on blood type.

The way of life of a person plays a significant role in the occurrence of diseases. In particular, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and a sedentary lifestyle can become the causes of many serious diseases. Regardless of blood group, in order to stay healthy as long as possible, it is necessary to eat a balanced diet, move a lot (10,000 steps is the daily norm), drink more fluids and undergo a full medical examination every year.
