There are a number of factors , which can cause the development of “black mold” infection in the human body. When several of them are combined, an encounter with this fungus can lead to organ damage.

As the epidemiologist said, the risk factors include, for example, diabetes and long-term treatment with glucocorticosteroids – hormonal drugs.

The doctor noted: the more pronounced a person's immunodeficiency, the more likely the reproduction of the fungus in the organ with pathologies. “For someone it's eye damage, for someone it's lung damage, for someone it's brain damage,” he explained.

According to the expert, compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards is a certain protection against various infections. He reminded that in ordinary life we ​​constantly encounter fungal infections, but they are not dangerous for a healthy body.
