What helps you fall asleep better: named foods that are useful for dinner

Some hormones and chemicals activated when we eat food help us sleep better.
Certain foods eaten at dinner can have a big impact on how a person sleeps, experts say. In particular, doctors consider it useful to have dinner with products that increase the level of tryptophan in the body, an amino acid that is a building material for proteins.
“Tryptophan is necessary for the body to produce serotonin. Serotonin is used to produce melatonin, a hormone that helps control sleep-wake cycles.”
“New scientific evidence suggests that adequate intake of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid ( EPA) is associated with improving the quality of sleep,” the doctors cite.
