What is pelargonium afraid of

When observing plants in pots, you can see that the leaves periodically lose turgor. They look as if they have wilted. It's okay, because pelargonium will quickly recover. It is enough to just water it. The leaves drop due to overdrying of the soil.

Pelargonium is one of those plants that does not like excessive moisture. If you see blackness at the base of the stem, the plant cannot be saved by adjusting the watering. It has begun to rot.

From this you can understand that pelargonium tolerates dry conditions better, but not overflow. Be careful not to lose the plant.
