A delicious cheese casserole can be a dessert, breakfast, or just a treat. It doesn't matter in what role you eat it. The main thing is that it is high and fluffy.
Ingredients
To prepare, you will need the following products:
- 5% sour milk cheese – 900 g;
- chicken eggs – 5 pcs.;
- sugar – 100 g;
- milk – 100 ml;
- semolina – 30 g;
- corn starch – 2 tbsp.
- salt – a pinch.
How to prepare
Mix the cheese, milk, egg yolks, corn starch, semolina and vanilla extract together in a blender. This will be faster and easier.
Next, you need to beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt into a foam. Add sugar in portions and continue to beat. Then, in several approaches, you need to mix them with the cheese mass.
And now the secret moment. Choose a mold that will fit all the prepared mass for the casserole. However, it should be smaller and higher. Only in this case can you count on a high casserole.
Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Put the cheese mass. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Delicious!
