What is the “secret” to making pancakes without eggs?

In fact, there are no special problems with this if you knead the pancake dough on kefir. The pancakes are custard-like, tasty, elastic and suitable for adding a variety of fillings.

For cooking you will need

  • kefir – 400 ml;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • sugar – 1-2 tbsp. l.;
  • flour – about 2 cups;
  • boiling water – 220 ml;
  • oil – 2 tbsp. l.

How to cook

  • Add soda, sugar and salt to kefir, mix everything.
  • Then add flour and knead the dough, which should be quite thick.
  • Stir it and add 220 ml of boiling water.
  • Stir until smooth, so that there are no lumps, and add oil.
  • Now the dough is liquid and easy to pour into the pan.
  • Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan, serve hot.
