What is the “secret” to making pancakes without eggs?

In fact, there are no special problems with this if you knead the pancake dough on kefir. The pancakes are custard-like, tasty, elastic and suitable for adding a variety of fillings.
For cooking you will need
- kefir – 400 ml;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- soda – 0.5 tsp;
- sugar – 1-2 tbsp. l.;
- flour – about 2 cups;
- boiling water – 220 ml;
- oil – 2 tbsp. l.
How to cook
- Add soda, sugar and salt to kefir, mix everything.
- Then add flour and knead the dough, which should be quite thick.
- Stir it and add 220 ml of boiling water.
- Stir until smooth, so that there are no lumps, and add oil.
- Now the dough is liquid and easy to pour into the pan.
- Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan, serve hot.
