What not to add to a cup of coffee

To avoid harm to your health, you can't add toppings, marshmallows, and other sources of added sugar and calories to your coffee. Coffee from a drink that invigorates and warms can be harmful if you drink it with some additives.

These include sugar, including brown sugar, which is no more useful than regular refined sugar, sugar syrups, toppings that are rich in flavors and dyes, heavy cream, chocolate, marshmallows, and marshmallows.

These additives are the daily norm of sugar. In addition, coffee often does not do without a dessert, which adds fast carbohydrates and empty calories, and together with cream, this seriously burdens the body. As a result, after such a seemingly satisfying snack, which exceeds the norm of a full-fledged lunch with protein, an acute feeling of hunger quickly sets in, resulting in weight gain.

Such a drink can provoke intestinal upset or exacerbation of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, acne, and weight gain. In addition, such a large amount of sugar can cause a sharp spike in insulin in the blood.
