What stimulates the metabolism: these products are real accelerators

When it comes to losing weight or maintaining weight, it is especially important that the metabolism is normal, because in this case calories are burned faster.

Some foods are particularly good at stimulating metabolism:

Sea vegetables.< /strong>In order for the metabolism to work at full speed, the thyroid gland must work properly, and this requires certain substances. You can get them, for example, from algae – this product, in the absence of contraindications and with moderate consumption, is very suitable for supporting the work of the thyroid gland.

Blueberries.It helps the body to balance the level of sugar in the blood, which allows the metabolism to be carried out intensively. In addition, blueberries reduce inflammation, which reduces the risk of cancer, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

Proteins. Protein-rich foods, such as fish, beef or poultry, as well as plant proteins such as legumes, effectively support the metabolism in all respects. Proteins show their full effect in combination with sports, contributing to the growth of muscle mass.

Cocoa. Unsweetened cocoa is a real accelerator of metabolism: it is saturated with minerals, especially magnesium. This not only stimulates the metabolism, but also counteracts obesity, a higher risk of diabetes. Adequate dietary intake of magnesium ultimately contributes to weight loss.

Pineapple. The enzymes contained in it stimulate digestion and thus promote weight loss.

< strong>Abstinence from food. Withstanding 10-12 hour breaks between meals is also useful for stimulating metabolism. In general, with age, you should try to reduce the usual amount of food.
