British experts, based on scientific research, found out when people feel the most stress. And they even named the exact time.
Stress accompanies us almost everywhere. Including at work. Situations that make us nervous can arise anywhere.
A survey conducted among 2,000 Britons by the Rescue Remod company found that stress can be caused by various events. People associated stress with moments when they were stuck in traffic, missed their alarm, got their clothes dirty, spilled something on the carpet, got burned, tripped in a public place, were late for work, and had to park their car.
British studies also showed that people's stress levels are highest at 7:23 a.m. This is when many people leave for work. In addition, women experience a stress peak slightly earlier than men.
