However, researchers have managed to establish that the time of day has a special effect on the effectiveness of exercises. So, to speed up metabolism, a schedule with evening workouts is best suited.

According to an experiment conducted on several overweight men with a high-calorie diet, the effects of malnutrition were better reduced by evening workouts.

Despite the fact that the researchers did not analyze the indicators of people without excess weight, nor did they check the specific impact of evening workouts on health, the results are a rather interesting discovery that supports the hypothesis that the time of training matters.
