What to add to chicken cutlets to make them twice as tasty

Ingredients:

For cutlets:
1 kg of chicken thigh meat
2 onions
1 large carrot
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, favorite spices
butter
1 egg

For the sauce:
200 g of water
100 g of cream or sour cream
0.5 tbsp. flour
salt, pepper

You can also add grated cheese if you wish.

Preparation:

Cut the onion and carrot into any shape you like and fry. Pass the roast through a meat grinder along with the meat. Then add garlic, salt, pepper, spices and egg and mix thoroughly and knead. Form the cutlets and transfer to a baking dish.

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and pour over the cutlets, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover with a lid or foil and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
