What to add to minced meat to make chicken cutlets juicy

Ingredients:

500 g of chicken fillet
50 g of dry white bread
100 g of butter
2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion
0.5 tsp. l. salt
pepper
breadcrumbs

Preparation:
Soak dry bread in milk. Twist the fillet on a meat grinder. Twist the bread and onion as well. Add soft butter, salt, pepper, and grated garlic to the minced meat. Mix everything well.

Beat the minced meat well, lifting it and throwing it into a bowl. So it will not be clogged, and the cutlets will be juicy.  Leave the minced meat in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then form patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. You can put a piece of hard cheese inside if you wish. Serve with your favorite side dish. Delicious!
