What to add to the soil to make garlic grow big
1
Garlic is considered an unpretentious plant, so the harvest is ensured even when grown on soil that is not fertile. However, if you approach the composition of the soil in a certain way, the yield can be made even higher. In addition, the quality of the vegetables will improve: they will grow larger.
How to change the composition of the soil
It should be noted right away that peat contributes to the rapid growth and development of the spicy plant in the garden.
It is this rock that must be added to the soil cover (of course, provided that there is a shortage of this component).
At the same time, you cannot limit yourself to peat alone. You will need another loose rock. And this is sand.
It is important to add a sufficient amount of the above-mentioned “ingredients” to the soil. However, you should not overdo it.
Two buckets of peat and half a bucket of sand should be used per square meter of plot.
The result of such a change in the composition of the soil in the garden should be an increase in the yield of garlic and an increase in the size of vegetables.
