What to cook from yesterday's buckwheat: 3 dishes instead of simple porridge
If you have cooked a lot of buckwheat, but you just don't want to eat it, then it's time to find out what dishes are prepared from it. Very simple and tasty, and for many also original.
Details
- If you add minced meat, fried onions, salt and pepper, as well as eggs to buckwheat, you will get a base for great cutlets. And for those who like a “lazy recipe”, there is an opportunity to form meatballs and bake them in the oven. Simply on a baking sheet or in a mold, pouring sauce (water + sour cream + tomato paste).
- Buckwheat can be a tasty option in a casserole. Mix porridge with chicken fillet, mushrooms, onions and spices. Put it in a form that must be greased with oil beforehand. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes.
- Salad with buckwheat, pickles and liver is an incredible combination. But don't forget about the dressing: fry the onion, add soy sauce and cream, bring to a boil. Mix and taste.
