What to cook instead of boring cutlets and meatballs: a recipe for delicious meatballs

If you are tired of serving the same meat dish for lunch or dinner every day, this recipe will be very appropriate.

For cooking meat balls, of course, will need minced meat – it can be any, as you wish. Chopped onions must be added to the minced meat, as well as semolina or breadcrumbs – these components are necessary for the dish to keep its shape. From the resulting mixture, form small balls.

Each of them should be “bathed” in the sauce, which is prepared by mixing:

  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of sweet paprika;
  • 1 tablespoon of oil and the same amount of lemon juice;
  • 1 /3 teaspoons of black pepper.

After the pieces are dipped in the sauce, they should be wrapped in raw smoked bacon and transferred to a baking dish.

Top the dish again grease with the remaining sauce and put the mold with the balls in the oven heated to 200 degrees for half an hour.

Use fresh green leaves or pickled onion rings for decoration.
