Details

The following ingredients are needed for its preparation:

  • Flour – 1 cup (200 g)
  • Starch – 70 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 p.
  • Oil – 100 ml
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Baking agent – 2 tsp.
  • Salt – a pinch

First you need to mix flour with baking powder and starch (you can take both corn and potato). Pour sugar, vanilla, salt into a separate bowl and pour warm water over it all. Stir so that the loose ingredients dissolve, and pour refined oil.

Then pour flour and starch into the liquid mixture and knead the dough.

To make it easier to work, divide it into 4 parts. Roll up a sausage from each, divide it into 14-15 parts, press lightly with your hand and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It is important not to overdry the cookies, because then there will be no ruddy crust and soft center. Enjoy!
