Add an egg to it and add flour, after which the mass should be thoroughly mixed and you can start cooking again.

To prevent lumps from appearing in the dough, try adding flour to salted water.

If the pancakes stick to the pan, first season the frying pan with salt. After that, wipe the pan with a napkin, add a little oil and start frying the pancakes.
