If the plant has begun to give way, you need to examine the root system. It is from it that the life of an orchid begins.
Inspect the roots for damage, rot, and discoloration. If they are healthy, then they are green or gray in color. Yellow, brown and black ones should be removed.
It is possible that you will have to cut those parts of the roots that are affected by the fungus. They are cut with a sharp knife to the healthy part. If there are soft ones, then they are also subject to removal.
Disinfect the root system after pretreatment. For this, you can use a solution of hydrogen peroxide, activated carbon or any fungicide.
After that, the orchid is transplanted into a new substrate and a disinfected pot. If the growing conditions are satisfactory, it will definitely grow and bloom.
