However, don't be too quick to say goodbye to a seemingly useless product.

Instead, simply add sugar to a jar of pickles, close cover it and shake it so that the sugar dissolves in the brine.

After that, leave the preservation for an hour or two, and after the specified time you will find that the taste of the cucumbers has improved significantly.

In a jar in 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar must be added to 700 ml – the exact amount depends on the original acid.

You should not be afraid that the cucumbers will acquire a pronounced sweet taste.

One more option – drain the marinade and pour cold sweet water. In this case, you need to add a tablespoon of sugar per liter of water.
