What to do if you forgot the meat in the oven and the dish burned

Unfortunately, chicken or pork can retain a burning smell, but this does not mean that the food should be discarded.

The first step , which you have to do, of course, remove the burnt crust. By the way, it is much easier to do this not with a sharp knife, but with an ordinary grater.

After that, transfer the piece of meat to a clean dish, add a small amount of broth (you can replace it with water) and boil it over medium heat about 3-5 minutes, not forgetting to add spices.

At the end, add a small piece of butter to the pan. This is how the sauce, and together with it, the beef, pork or chicken will acquire a pleasant creamy taste.

The broth should be mixed well to achieve a homogeneous mass, and served together with the meat.

< p>And you can save meatballs or goulash by adding to the dish, which should be placed in clean dishes, add a little red or white wine and stew for 3-5 minutes on the stove. In addition, you should season the sauce with a small amount of sugar and cream.
