Do not forget that different types of greens are better stored in separate bags. If possible, use a vacuum cleaner.
Parsley or dill should be bundled, cut fresh, put in a glass or jar of water. Cover the top with a plastic bag, tie tightly and place in the refrigerator.
Put the onion and sourdough in the bag so that fresh air does not get in there, and also in the refrigerator. Under such conditions, the greens will be good for 10-14 days, keeping freshness and spring aroma.
