For this, they must be placed in a salt solution – for its preparation you should dissolve 100 g of salt in 10 liters of water.
In addition to the fact that such actions will protect stocks from damage by worms and bugs, after drying the apples will not lose their light color.
Store dry fruits should be stored in ordinary glass jars covered with lids.
If you forgot to put pieces of fruit in water with salt, another simple trick will help to avoid the appearance of pests – just put a cotton pad soaked in alcohol on top of the apples placed in the jar.
