What to do with lard before salting for the “perfect” taste

How to salt lard. Everything is very simple here. The main thing is to prepare the spices in advance. For one kilogram of product, two tablespoons of salt, a teaspoon of paprika, ground mustard, pepper will be enough. You can also take coriander, cumin, turmeric and garlic.

In a separate bowl, you need to mix all the spices. You need to make cuts on the pieces of lard.

Then all these ingredients must be mixed, wrapped in parchment paper and left in the refrigerator for five days.
