Tomatoes are a regular ingredient in many vegetable salads. However, housewives who have tried to make a salad with tomatoes at least once have unfortunately discovered that the vegetable has released juice.

In order for juicy tomatoes not to affect the taste of the entire dish, you should resort to a little trick before preparing the salad.
The tomatoes should be washed, dried and cut: first in half, and then each half into four more parts.
Now the chopped vegetables should be sent to a colander and generously sprinkled with salt: feel free to add a teaspoon of salt to three large tomatoes.
Leave the salted tomatoes for 15-20 minutes. After the time is up, shake the colander well, add a little more salt and leave for another 10 minutes.
You can safely add such vegetables to the salad without fear that they will release juice.
You need to salt the dish with the addition of processed tomatoes as before, because almost all the salt that you sprinkled on the tomatoes will go away with the liquid.
