What to do with wind-swept and yellow lard

It happens that the lard has not had time to be used. It lies, but over time it becomes yellowish, wind-blown. It is difficult to call it appetizing, the taste will also not cause gastronomic pleasure. Throw it away, oversalt it, use it somewhere – what to do with an outdated product. There is one simple method.

A way out of the situation

Throwing out products is not comme il faut. There should be a rational grain in everything. From this point of view, try to do the following. Pass the lard through a meat grinder and put the resulting mass into jars. So simple, right?

The jars with lard are stored in the refrigerator. When you cook something, you will already have a semi-finished product on hand. Just add something spicy and aromatic to it. For example, garlic or hot pepper.
