Cut the skin off the eggplants and boil them in water with salt for 10-15 minutes from the moment they come to a boil.
After that, wait until the water drains, put them in bags and freeze.
To freeze zucchini, you need to peel them, cut them into cubes and lightly fry them with a small amount of oil.
It is enough to hold the zucchini on the stove for 15-20 minutes, then package and freeze.
Bake the peppers in the oven for 30 minutes, then freeze, after defrosting it is a ready-to-eat product.
