We are talking about 10 seasonal products of April that will help you feel a surge of energy and diversify your diet.
Parsley

Parsley contains essential oils that have a diuretic effect. It will also help increase libido due to the high content of ascorbic acid and strengthen immunity. Parsley also contains histidine. This amino acid is not synthesized in the human body, but is responsible for an important process – tissue regeneration. It is important to know that during heat treatment, parsley loses its spicy taste, so it is better not to cook it, but to eat it fresh. It is easiest to add it to salads and ready-made dishes or make it one of the permanent ingredients of the morning green juice.

Radishes are best eaten with their skin: the bright skin contains anthocyanins. They have an anti-inflammatory effect and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. However, you should not eat radish on an empty stomach. This can lead to bloating.
