What to put in the hole when planting roses in the fall to root the seedling

< p>Roses can be planted until about mid-October. Fall planting will be successful if you prepare the right planting hole for roses. In this case, it will be able to take root well and survive the winter without any problems.

How to properly prepare a hole

For seedlings, a hole with a depth of 40 cm and a width of 50 cm should be dug. The following should be added to the hole for roses components:

  • rotted humus, which is 2-3 years old;
  • fine sand;
  • < li aria-level="1">top deacidified peat;

  • agroperlite;
  • garden soil.

All this must be mixed together in the planting pit. Now we make a hole for planting a rose. Put some superphosphate on the bottom. One rose requires 70 g.

Pour a small amount of water with phytosporin into the hole. Wait for it to soak into the ground. Plant a rose and sprinkle with soil prepared in the pit. Sprinkle 50 g of potassium sulfate on top and a little more soil to cover the fertilizer. Water and spread the last layer of soil. The following three-stage scheme for filling the pit is obtained.
