When molding cutlets, cooks usually do not use additional ingredients. The exception is creating a dish with a filling. For example, a Kiev-style cutlet. However, certain ingredients will not hurt if the goal is to prepare a juicy dish.

If the hostess places a piece of one popular product in the center of the cutlet, the dish will become soft and tender, even if the condition of the meat base does not contribute to this.
What should be in the cutlet
The first thing experienced chefs do is create several “circles” from the minced meat. These are the future cutlets.
Before forming a “washer” from a flat meat base in its middle, you need to put a piece of butter. As an alternative component, you can use a piece of ice. Or better – both.
Now it remains to cover the additional ingredients with minced meat: the butter and ice components should be inside.
After that, the raw cutlets can be placed on a hot frying pan. The result of frying should be cutlets that are characterized by juiciness and a soft consistency.
