What “traces” do antibiotics leave in the body?

Doctors often warn that antibiotics are very dangerous drugs that should be taken only when necessary and strictly according to the doctor's instructions. However, even in such cases, side effects are not excluded.
The most common such effect is considered to be digestive problems, since antibiotics actually kill the intestinal microflora and it loses the ability to digest food, as well as extract useful elements from it. Moreover, antibiotics affect a person's immunity, making them practically defenseless against infections.
Various allergic reactions due to taking antibiotics also often occur, for example, rashes, swelling of various parts of the body, shortness of breath, and much more.
